The objective of the project

  • increasing the number of trips for the exchange of best practices
  • improving the IT infrastructure for teaching and learning
  • funding of pro bono staff within CMT-TUIASI

General objectives:

Through DocTalent4EU, a minimum of 8 mobilities of 5 days each will be supported for doctoral students and a minimum of 10 mobilities of 3 days each for teaching staff involved in the program. This proposal aims to increase the number of mobilities, especially those involved in CMT-TUIASI for the exchange of experience and the implementation of good practices in TUIASI.

  1. Functionalization of the CMT-TUIASI center.
  2. Initiating and developing viable collaborations with partners from the public and private economic environment.
  3. Mobility supported by the program.
  4. Training courses, specialized training, continuing education, addressed especially to young researchers. A greater participation of doctoral students in courses to increase transversal skills will be ensured.
  5. Organization of events for the communication and popularization of science.

Estimated results

  • Creation of a database with collaborators from the economic environment
  • Creation and implementation of transversal skills training courses
  • CMT work portfolio (draft collaboration protocols, career plan, ALUMNI strategy, etc.)
  • Questionnaire application for doctoral students regarding training courses in transversal skills
  • Final portfolio implementation of CMT-TUIASI activities
  • CMT-TUIASI promotion
